Standard monitoring is a thermometer in the box. By the time the box warms up, the compressor has already failed — overnight, on a weekend, with a walk-in full of product. What follows is always the same: lost inventory, an after-hours emergency call, an insurance conversation, and another week of paper temperature logs.
Vital signs, not just box temperature
On big systems we read refrigerant pressure straight from the existing service ports — nothing is cut open. On sealed units we listen through the power cord and watch the cabinet, the door, and for leaks — nothing ever touches the refrigerant, which is why it works even on the new sealed R-290 equipment that has no service ports at all.
The software learns each unit’s normal, then flags the drift that comes before a failure. Simple physics rules protect you from day one; the learning models sharpen over the first ninety days.
